An illegal roadblock allegedly mounted by the operatives of a police station in Anambra has reportedly led to the death of four persons.
According to an eyewitness who shared the ugly incident on Facebook, a group of policemen at Obosi police station mounted their ‘usual roadblock at a dangerous sharp corner’ and a motorcycle rider who attempted to avoid the roadblock crashed into another oncoming rider on Sunday.
The passengers of both motorcycles were reportedly sent flying in the air as a result.
The witness said three persons died on the spot, while an unidentified lady later died at a nearby hospital where she was taken.
