YBNL boss, Olamide, clocks a new age today and in true Baddo style, he marked a major milestone to commemorate the special day. The rapper launched his own television station, Voice Of The Street TV, today. Olamide’s entrepreneurial is just one of many things we love about him.
Here are our top five favorite things about Daddy Miliano.
5. His Music
This is a no brainer given the fact that we probably wouldn’t know Olamide if it wasn’t for his music. Olamide’s music has evolved over the years and now he has become a tried and tested hit maker. His jams make us lose our home training and we like it like that.
4. His Business Mind
Olamide’s decision to venture into the television industry is yet another boss move that the musician has made over the years. From starting to his own record label (YBNL) to starting his own television show, Olamide continues to show that he has a mind powerful enough to do more than create music.
3. His Work Ethic
Olamide is arguably the hardest working rapper in Nigeria. Baddo Sneh has released an album for seven consecutive years and has featured on more than a handful tracks also. Olamide’s concert series ‘OLIC‘ has also become a yearly event that Nigerians always look forward to. Olamide’s consistency really does sit in a class all its own.
2. His Crew Love
Who can forget the Headies 2016 when Olamide became boss goals by standing up for one of his then signees, Lil Kesh? Apart for riding hard for the members of his crew, Olamide also pushes them out of the nest so that they can become their own bosses. How great is this guy?
1. His Love For His Lover
Olamide has always kept his romantic life out of the public eye but news broke lately that he got engaged to his longtime lover, Bukunmi. The rapper and his girlfriend have been together for years and she is the mother of his son Miliano, who was born in January 2015. The rapper and his girlfriend started dating way before he became popular and now, she is finally becoming his future wife.
