It’s less than twenty-four hours to the release of Falz the Bahd Guy’s fourth studio album, Moral Instruction. The album was announced on Friday (January 11) with the release of his evocative single, Talk.
The album cover art was designed by legendary illustrator, Lemi Ghariokwu who handled 26 illustrations for the late Afrobeat maestro, Fela Kuti.
Speaking the inspiration behind the cover, Lemi explains that the content of all eight songs in the album is what was translated into the cover art illustration. “The music that Falz is putting out is very social-politically conscious music. The album cover entails materials from all the eight songs – there is a common thread running through the songs. It’s from our political situation and the over-religiosity of our society”, he narrates.

Mr. Lemi also tells us that every song also has an illustration dedicated to it hence a total of nine illustrations. The Moral Instruction album will drop tomorrow, January 15.
