According to TMZ, David Otunga, the estranged husband of Jennifer Hudson will not be charged for an alleged domestic violence incident with the singer as the police have now completed their investigation and have decided to close the case and not charge Otunga.
This investigation started after Hudson claimed her ex-husband got angry at her, grabbed their son by the hand and shoved her out of their bedroom during an argument.
She then went on to file a report with cops in Burr Ridge, Illinois as well as getting a temporary restraining order. However, she later dropped the charges against her ex as they reached a temporary custody agreement.
The actor and former wrestler can now be free to enjoy his 2018 charges free.
