British Tennis star, Andy Murray has qualified for the Madrid Open Final after seeing off Japanese and World’s No.5, Kei Nishikori on Saturday, May 10, 2015.
Murray who is currently ranked World’s No. 3, claimed a 6 – 3, 6 – 4 straight sets win over Kei in an hour and 37 minutes at the Caja Magica court.
Speaking after his victory, Andy Murray said: ‘I’ve lost some tough matches against the best players on clay where I felt like I played well, but it’s nice to get a win like that under my belt with the French Open just a couple of weeks away.’
It’s a good confidence booster for me. I’ve got another great test tomorrow. Andy Murray will now face defending champion, Rafael Nadal at the Madrid Open Final, today, May 10, 2015.
