American boxer Floyd Joy Mayweather Jr AKA ‘The Money Man’ heads the Forbes 20th annual Celebrity 100 ranking of the world’s highest-paid entertainers list with $285 million pre-tax earned.
The 41-year-old boxer’s August 2017 fight with UFC’s Conor McGregor generated more than $550 million in revenue, with Mayweather earning $275 million, securing him the No. 1 spot for the second year since 2015.

Actor George Clooney is second with $239 million, most of it coming from liquor giant Diageo’s purchase of Casamigos, the tequila company he co-founded, giving him the best annual take-home of his or any actor’s career. Kylie Jenner, who was ranked as the 59th on the list last year, took the third spot with $166.5 million earned.
