Worried about her absence from the Kannywood scene, fans of actress Rahama Sadau are pleading with the newly elected leadership of the Motion Pictures Practitioners of Nigeria for the pardon of Sadau.
Hassana Dalhat, a foremost Kannywood movie promoter and marketer, told Premium Times that Sadau’s fans want her to apologise to the appropriate authorities and return to Kannywood for their sake.

She said, ‘I spoke to people in Bauchi, Kano, Kaduna, Katsina and Gombe states and all of them are of the opinion that the actress needs to return to Kannywood.
‘Although they queried her for violating some of the rules of the industry, they believe she should apologise for her wrong doings so she can return for the sake of her followers.’

Rahama who featured in a romantic musical video by ClassiQ was expelled from the Kannywood film industry in October 2016 because of her appearance in the video.
Since then Rahama has moved on to featuring in mainstream Nollywood movies.
