Davido apologises for cancelling Felabration performance

Nigerian pop star, Davido, has announced that he will not be performing at this year’s Felabration as expected.

O.B.O. took to Snapchat to make this known, which does not surprise many fans given the fact that three of his close friends: Tagbo, Chime and DJ Olu, passed away in just one week.

Meanwhile, the bereaved singer recently dedicated the awards he won at this year’s AFRIMMA – Artiste of the Year and Song of the Year – to his friends, Tagbo and Olu.

Felabration, the musical festival which honours the life and times of Nigerian musical icon, Fela Anikulapo-Kuti, will take place from October 9-15 2017.
