l sympathise with channel tv at this moment, this unfortunate incident is an indication that nigeria security agent are not capable of combating this act of terrorism against innocent nigeria
His career started in itv, benin city where we both did our primary assignment. He was dedicated and hard working. I still remember the transistor radio he usually used to listen to international news to write his report. He was a gentle man and commanded great respect. I even had a chat with him last november. Enenche, may your soul respect in perfect peace.Amen.
Its so sad! Am a thick fan of Channels, & I always hear him giv his report. Through out the fuel subsidy removal protest, he was actively involved in making Nigerians know the true state of situation in Kano state. A courageous reporter who I guess enjoys doing his job. Am so sad here! May his soul rest in peace, & may God grant his family & you guys in ChannelsTV the strength to get through this sad time. Really, I feel so so sad!
I screamed when I had this news yesterday. I didn’t not know but it was obvious he was well liked and a nice man which I noticed durin his interaction with Suleiman and Chamberlain in ‘sunrise daily’ last week on fuel subsidy crisis . Tho I was worried for his safety. May his rest in peace.
When I say ds con3 isn’t worth our sacrifice, some argue it. Patrotism is nt 4 9jrns. Stay on ur own like OYO State. Die 2day 4 9ja odas enjoy 2moro 4 ur death. Imagine such a gallant reporter lost in a glimpse! Wow! Rest in da Lord. A rare gem is no more…

Enenche was a great reporter. I enjoyed his stories and documentaries on the North. His voice on phone was always filled with energy. He was fearless indeed and he always reminded of Christie Amapour, a war correspondence of CNN in Afghanistan. May God grant him eternal rest. Amen.
We shall miss Enenche Akogwu. May his soul Rest In Perfect Peace.
It is really unfortunate, but what is dis country turning into if i may ask? what are our security agents doing to stop this menance? what more can i say than that God should grant him eternal rest in his bossom ad comfort his loved ones. i sympathise with channels tv at this moment and pray that God should salvage this nation.
Ds bombers should direct their bombs to the presidency and all the babajidas, bankoles, madueke and the law makers of ths country instead of killing innocent citizens. Its a pity the pdp failed us.
The sincere truth is that NIGERIANS should see why a patrotic Military oriented NIGERIANS should lead this country not political rulers. RIP BOY.

He was at our office that faithful Friday. He was so full of life, we shared a charger and I heard him say he needed to interview the police commissioner… I never thought that will be the last time I will see him. So sad may his soul rest in peace Enenche.
the unfortunate thing is that i dont even know how we can solve this problem but i keep praying because that is where i have hope. on Enenches death, do i say it was his destiny or its as a result of mans wickedness? may his soul, all those that their innocent blood have been shed this boko period and the souls of the faithful departd rest in peace. God arise and show us mercy because pls am tired of analyst critisms and stuff and the intellectuals’ talks and what-have-you yet things remain the same.
ENENCHE, indeed you are a hero, you will always be remembered. u are gone but your memory and good works is not gone. may your soul rest in peace
UNFORTUNATE. SAD.DEPRESSING.A POTENTIAL ICON CUT IN HIS PRIME BY THE BULLETS OF THE VICTIMS OF A NATION’S SYSTEM FAILURE.AKOGWU DESERVES A NATIONAL HONOUR.
Enenche Akogu, may your soul rest in peace. This is one of the hazards of News Reporting and this calls for urgent attention on the part of the Federal Government of Nigeria to provide security for the protection of lifes and property.
