Arsenal capped a relatively disappointing season on a high after a 2-1 win over Premier League champs, Chelsea in the FA Cup final.

Alexis Sanchez and Aaron Ramsey got the goals for the Gunners in each half at Wembley, with Diego Costa scoring Chelsea’s goal.

Nigeria’s Victor Moses was sent off after receiving a second yellow card for diving in the penalty area.

Arsenal was leading 1-0 at the time, with Costa equalising 10 minutes later, only for Ramsey to head in the winner.

Arsenal’s win is their 13th in the competition, making the north Londoners the record holders ahead of Manchester United with 12 titles.
