Within the last one year, Nigerian artistes have made amazing feats on the music scene both at home and overseas. More Nigerian entertainers are now taking their craft outside the country and holding headline concerts in major cities all over the world.

One city that seems to be a favourite of Nigerian musicians is the beautiful city of London. ‘Jagaban’ rapper, Ycee, started this year on a major key by playing at the O2 Academy in London on January 12. Here are five other Nigerian artistes who plan to shut down England’s most populous city.

5. Maleek Berry

On the first of February ‘Been Calling’ singer, Maleek Berry, will be taking the stage at KOKO, the very first stop of his upcoming ‘First Daze Of Winter Tour’. Not only is the first London event of the tour already sold out, so is the second!

4. Adekunle Gold

London is a favourite place for Adekunle Gold and coming off an amazing show in Lagos last month, Gold is set to take a bigger stage in London this June. Gold’s ‘About 30’ concert will be going down live at the o2.

3. Falz

Falz had arguably the best concert in Nigeria in 2017 and come this April, Falz will be taking that same the amazing live performance experience to the 02 Academy for ‘The Falz Experience’ London. We are sure that the rapper’s show at 02 Academy Islington is going to be one for the books.

2. Davido

As you’ve probably guessed, the first stop of Davido’s UK tour is sold out. The ‘FIA’ singer will be taking the stage on the 18th of February at the 02 Academy Brix.

1.  Wizkid

Wizkid made sure that he would not be left out of the London fun this year. Wizkid, who famously sold out the iconic Royal Albert Hall last year, will be taking on the o2 Arena this year with Mr Eazi and a few friends.
