Sinzu

It’s no longer news, plus records show that our beloved Sauce Kid turned Sinzu was in an American jail since July last year.

Now, can we conclude that the video which surfaced online a couple of years ago showing a man with an uncanny resemblance to Sinzu, withdrawing ‘owo illegal’ from a cash point, was none other than Sinzu himself?

At the time, Sinzu vehemently denied being the person in that video. Regardless, Sinzu was on such a bright path he didn’t even know it as it turns out.

Right when he changed his stage name to Sinzu from Sauce Kid, I knew something wasn’t right.

You were bound to become one of the greats, man. Alas, one must conclude all your social media fronting, flossing, copping Benz’s and popping tags was largely the fruits of ill gotten wealth.

I still remember your ‘Airplane Mode’ freestyle bar for bar. You helped usher in an era of rap that introduced us to the likes of Iceberg Slim, M.I Abaga, and Vector, just to mention a few.

‘Yebariba’ had people feeling like ‘wow’. Your Money Long mixtape was so dope, it created an enigmatic persona for you. People couldn’t help but wonder if you had two heads.

We want you to stay shining, but in a legit way. We love you so much, at least I do. The scene needs you, stay easy.
