Chelsea have won the 2016/17 Premier League title with two games to spare following a 1-0 win over West Brom at the Hawthorns on Friday night.

Anotnio Conte‘s men had to wait until the 82nd minute to secure the win – and title – thanks to substitute, Michy Batshuayi‘s goal.

Now, the London club will aim to make it a double by winning the FA Cup later in May.

They will face rivals, Arsenal in the final at Wembley on May 27.
