Nollywood actress, Adesua Etomi has spoken out following the altercation about ‘AGN membership’ which occurred between her and Toyin Abraham at NECLive5.

Recall that during the conference, Toyin had referred to Adesua as ‘one of the problems of the movie industry’ after the latter revealed she wasn’t part of any guild.

In her defense, Adesua argued that she does not belong to a caucus or organization because she had not seen what the organizations were doing as far as structure was concerned.

She countered further that she had paid her dues by working hard and studying abroad for five years.

‘I studied hard for five years over there before returning here. I could have used the knowledge I gathered over there right in the US but I decided to bring it home to continue here, that does not make me a ‘JJC’,’ she said while addressing the panel which also consisted of veteran actor, Patrick Doyle and media person, Seun Okinbaloye.
