Hours ago, TMZ reported a law suit between Nigerian show promoter, Paul Okoye and American rapper, Wale.

Wale was scheduled to headline the July 22nd event at the Barclays Center alongside other stars including Wizkid, Davido, Sound Sultan, and was duly paid to show up.

As it turns out, the rapper took to social media at the time to share the sweet news of the arrival of his baby and consequently didn’t show up for the event.

He was however quoted by his website Fuze.ng to have said, ‘Wale must refund the money he was paid to be at the event in July as failure to do so will land him in court. This is more serious than you think!’
